Whole Foods Flourless Brownies
1 15 oz. can black beans drained 3 whole eggs 1/2 cup butter melted 1/4 cup cocoa 2 tsp pure vanilla extract 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven 350 degrees In food processor or blender puree beans, eggs, butter, cocoa, vanilla, and sugar until smooth. Stir in choc. chips and spread in greased 8×8 pan or Perfect Brownie Pan. Bake for 28 minutes. Let cool. Then cut.
